The key part of printers is the laser, so the laser plays an important rule, our lasers are manufactured by the No.1 laser supplier, very reliable quality, the IR laser lifespan is at least 5 years, UV laser lifespand is 2-3 years, it's matter of rate, we could help fix for any laser claim within 10 years.
Our printers are very simple in the structure, very simple to replace the laser by a techinician though, we suggest our trained service engineer to support the after-sales service.
We would ask our trained engineer representative to maintain the printer by lubricating the motion mechanism with reference to our maintenance manual every half year to deliver the best results at all times.
In general, LIS generates the data (segment+delimitor), and exports it to a file folder locally (d:Data for printer) or on a server (shared IP address), txt/bin/excel/zpl file...received by our software and print directly by setting up the corresponding field and separator.
